Yes, I can make text any shape I want or I can make it follow any path I want as well.

Hey Mike,

You said that you could make your text any shape you want. Can you take a look at my post in the "3D Graphics" furum and take a look at my uploaded text/images examples (Pts 1&2) and tell me if you can acheive text shapes like those. Or if anything, just let me know what you think. Rehan, I wasn't aware that CorelDRAW could do anything with text. I'll download a demo try it. Thanks.

3- Move the text tool to the shape, the cursor will change to Path on a text mode
4- type whatever you want
5- tweak in the property bar to fit your need

Hey AJ,

I've uploaded some examples. I was told that I needed a "vector" program or/and an Illustration program. So first, can CD 9 do these shapes (like the "LA CHAT" & "JUVENILE" shapes) and 3D (3D extrusions like the "A LEXXUS" & "MAC")????

Second, can you (or anyone else) tell me how to do it?? That is IF CD 9 can do what I'm asking. Well, thanks a lot AJ and everyone for the advice.

Do you have CD9? or any other graphics program?
Read the post above yours.
It sure seems as if the answer to your question has been answered several times, in several forums, how many times are you going to ask it.

I have asked again and again and in different software forums, and..?

I was looking for something specific that's why I uploaded these examples so people would know EXACTLY what I want to do, and tell me HOW I could do it so I wouldn't have to keep explaining after reading something that I wasn't exactly asking about, that's all. You wanna' know about something, you gotta ask and ask if you have to. If no one knows, then.. they don't. So those are my examples, if no one knows how, fine, if they do, even better. But, anyway......

Ok RJ, I don't have Draw 9 I use Draw 7.

1. Open a new document
2. Get the text tool and enter a line of text.
3. Choose a font and size.
4. Fill the text object with a textured fill.
5. Adjust the outline with the pen tool to the thickness you want and set the color of the out line
6.Open the effects roll-up, choose envelope, add new, then you can adjust this envelope into the shape you want your text to take. apply the envelope.
7. Effects roll-up, extrude, set the amount and perspective, click apply.

Hope this helps,
